Is Vantrixa part of Wealthsimple?

No. Vantrixa is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wealthsimple. We built it to work alongside it.

Do I need to connect my Wealthsimple account?

No. Vantrixa never asks for your Wealthsimple login and cannot see or touch your account. You add the stocks you own to your Vantrixa portfolio yourself, and that is what your brief and alerts are built around.

Can I trade inside Vantrixa?

No, and that is on purpose. Vantrixa is for research and alerts. When you are ready to buy or sell, you do that in Wealthsimple or whichever brokerage you use.

I use Questrade or a bank brokerage. Does it still work?

Yes. Nothing in Vantrixa depends on Wealthsimple. It works the same way next to any brokerage.
