By downloading, accessing, or using the Vantrixa application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Your continued use of Vantrixa following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Vantrixa is a social and financial market platform that allows users to engage with an investing community while accessing real-time market data. Through the Service, users may:

• Create an account using an email address and password
• Create, view, like, and comment on posts containing text and images
• Follow and unfollow other users
• Search for other users by username or name
• Send and receive direct messages with other users in real-time
• View real-time stock and cryptocurrency market data, including prices, charts, company profiles, and sector performance
• Create and manage a personal watchlist of stocks and cryptocurrencies
• View financial data including profit/loss tracking
• Block and report other users or posts
• Edit their profile, including name, username, bio, and profile picture
• Permanently delete their account and all associated data

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 13 years of age — the Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from users under 13
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content you post on Vantrixa. By posting content, you grant Vantrixa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely in connection with providing and improving the Service.

You agree not to post content or engage in any conduct that involves:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any kind toward other users
• Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or repetitive posts
• Illegal content, including material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Impersonation of any person, entity, or organization
• Market manipulation, coordinated pump-and-dump schemes, or any attempt to artificially influence the price of any asset
• Sharing another user's private information without their consent

Vantrixa reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who engage in prohibited conduct.

Market data available through Vantrixa is provided by third-party data providers, including Finnhub, for informational purposes only. Vantrixa does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, brokerage services, or trading services of any kind.

All market data, prices, charts, and financial information displayed within the Service:

• May be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate
• Are provided solely for informational and educational purposes
• Do not constitute a solicitation, endorsement, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or other investment

You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Vantrixa is not liable for any financial losses, damages, or other consequences resulting from investment decisions made based on information available through the Service.

Vantrixa provides tools to help users manage their experience on the platform. You may block other users to prevent them from interacting with you, and you may report content or users that you believe violate these Terms.

Vantrixa reviews reports and reserves the right to remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We are not obligated to take action on every report submitted, and our decisions regarding content moderation are final.

You may permanently delete your Vantrixa account at any time from within the app's Settings. Upon account deletion, all of your personal data, posts, messages, and profile information will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

The Vantrixa application, including its name, logo, design, user interface, features, source code, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Vantrixa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vantrixa shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, outages, or technical errors
• Actions, posts, or content created by other users
• Financial losses resulting from use of or reliance on market data provided through the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the United States.
