By using Vantrixa, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You should also review our Terms of Service, which governs your use of the Service.

We collect the following categories of information when you use the Service:

Account Data

• Email address
• Username and full name
• Password (stored as a cryptographic hash — we never store your plain-text password)

Profile Data

• Profile picture (user-provided)
• Biography or personal description (user-provided)

User-Generated Content

• Posts, including text and images you share on the platform
• Comments you make on other users' posts
• Likes and reactions to content

Social Data

• Follow and follower relationships
• Block lists and user reports you submit

Messages

• Direct messages sent between users, stored for delivery and conversation history

Watchlist Data

• Stocks and cryptocurrencies you save to your personal watchlist

Usage Data

• Features you interact with and actions you perform within the app

Device Data

• Device type and operating system version, collected solely to ensure app functionality and compatibility

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Display your profile and content to other users in accordance with your settings
• Enable social features, including following other users, viewing your feed, and sending messages
• Deliver real-time stock and cryptocurrency market data to your watchlist and feed
• Process account actions such as blocking users and reviewing reports
• Improve the app experience through analysis of usage patterns
• Send transactional emails, including account verification and password reset messages

We do not use your information for targeted advertising or sell it to third-party advertisers.

Vantrixa relies on the following third-party services to operate. Each service has its own privacy practices:

• Supabase — Provides our backend infrastructure, database, and authentication services. Your account data and user-generated content are stored on Supabase-managed servers.
• Finnhub — Provides real-time financial market data (stock prices, charts, company profiles, and sector data). No personal user data is shared with Finnhub. Finnhub only receives anonymized API requests for market data.
• Resend — Handles delivery of transactional emails such as account verification and password reset messages. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for this purpose.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — Distributes the Vantrixa mobile application. These platforms may collect usage and crash data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Your data is stored on secure servers managed by Supabase. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security). Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are stored as cryptographic hashes.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to maintaining appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — We share data with the third-party services listed in Section 4 solely as necessary to operate the Service.
• Legal compliance — We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Safety and rights — We may disclose information to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vantrixa, our users, or the public.

You have the following rights and controls over your data within the Service:

• View and edit your profile — You can update your name, username, bio, and profile picture at any time from your profile settings.
• Delete your account — You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen within the app. This action is irreversible.
• Block users — You can block any user to prevent them from interacting with you or viewing your content.
• Report content — You can report posts or users that you believe violate our Terms of Service.

Vantrixa is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at vantrixaios@gmail.com.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all of your personal data — including your profile, posts, comments, messages, and watchlist — will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. We do not retain copies of deleted account data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal data we collect, the right to request deletion of your data, and the right to opt out of the sale of your data (we do not sell your data).

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability.
